I chipped one of my front teeth (about 1/3) and had to have a root canal. Teeth was restored with bonding several years ago but now I want to crown it. I want to have my dentist bleach my teeth first. Between bleaching and the crown, dentist said to wait 2 weeks. Will my front tooth be whiter too or will it stay the same color because it has had a root canal? How much darker will it look compared to the other teeth. Just worried people will notice during that time while i am waiting for the crown.

Let me just tell you that I use Crest Whitening Strips and these things work miracles. I am from the united states so I don’t know about the UK but I’m sure y’all have them. Even when I called the dentists from my area to see how much it costs to whiten my teeth. Each dentist I called told me to get Crest Whitening Strips. I have got so many compliments on my white teeth. It is shocking cause when I am in a store and someone asks me I don’t really expect it. They are kind of annoying though when you put them on. Cause they move around. Just make sure they stay in place. Other than that it is worth it. You put them on for thirty minutes a day two times a day for ten days.
