Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda in Teeth Whitening Trays?
I’ve heard its good to brush with, but if I put it in some old teeth whitening trays and leave it on for a long time will I do harm? Will it do nothing at all?
Baking soda and peroxide will work really well for this. There are great youtube videos to show you step by step how this is done.

It is kind of hard to to say what is the best whitening system. if you are not going to use paint on (which i personally like very much) or strips, that leaves you only with whitening trays. I would recommend you use products with 5%-6% hydrogen peroxide or 20%-25% Carbamide peroxide which is the equivalent. I suggest you read a little more about teeth whitening. Check the site at the source they have a lot of information and they have free trails offers some of them if i am not mistaken are whitening trays.

How long did it take for you to see results from whichever one you went and got, and how good were the results in terms of whitening strength? Approximately ?
I like the Aquafresh Trays. I saw results after about 3 days they really whitened a lot after the time you are suppossed to use them. I also tried the strips once and the gunk on the strips burned my lips and they didnt seem to do as good of a job. They also only whitened like my first 6 teeth and did not reach as far back as the trays did

After just one 30-minute session with the at-home Aqua-fresh trays for sensitive teeth, I have three or four bright white blothes on my front teeth. Not big, but not unnoticeable, you know? My teeth have always been slightlyyellow, but that was better than being spotty. Will this go away if I stop using the whitening trays, does anyone know?

Has anyone tried the Rio Professional Teeth Whitening System?
I am referring to the System that you can use at home. I do not mean the cheaper £40 battery operated version. I am referring to the £100 mains operated version.

She hasn’t stated in her question that she intends to use the system, she has just requested for those people who have used it’s opinion. So why are people ignoring the question and stating their views on teeth whitening methods in general rather than on this product in particular.

Granted I haven’t used the product in question, but I do recognise, have experienced and know how hugely annoying it is when people who don’t have neither direct or correct knowledge of the question you are asking, none the less still answer the question anyway. Therefore providing information that is neither relevant or useful to the questioner.

You can find peoples responses to what they think of the product after having purchased it. I usually use this method whenever I want to purchase something but am not sure of how good it is.
