Has anyone used home tooth whitening sets or kits? Which brand name works the best and how long to?
How long did it take for you to see results from whichever one you went and got, and how good were the results in terms of whitening strength? Approximately ?
I like the Aquafresh Trays. I saw results after about 3 days they really whitened a lot after the time you are suppossed to use them. I also tried the strips once and the gunk on the strips burned my lips and they didnt seem to do as good of a job. They also only whitened like my first 6 teeth and did not reach as far back as the trays did
I personally like the trays over the strips (have tried both). I’m a smoker and heavy cola drinker and it only took 2 weeks to see great results.

at our office we recommend Crest Whitening strips, they are easy to use and work very well, I’ve used them and i was very pleased with the results, which you see in just a few days, if your teeth are sensitive, you just use the strip once a day instead of twice a day, (half an hour at a time)we also do in office bleaching which can run 400 dollars, and lasts longer. People seemed to be happy with both.
