my friends say my teath glow like crazy in the good way and there crazy white there is not one day that goes by that people dont tell me. the only thing i do is use listerine in my mouth befor i brush and i use day stuff by crest during the day and right before i go to bed i put the nigh stuff on to help them from fading. i use white stripes every 3-6 months just to shine them up, cause if you use them to often they become crazy sensative. and i brush and rinse like 6 plus times a day
yeah they do, if not they’re probably capped LOL Just one more reason to not get Universal Healthcare passed! Aweful!
A cheaper way to keep your teeth white without paying for the whitening trays that make your teeth and gums sensitive is to buy some cheap hydrogen peroxide from walgreens or some other store and dilute it about half with either water or a light colored blue or preferably clear or white (if you can find it) mouthwash. That’s basically all that the Crest whitening mouthwash is. Hydrogen peroxide also works well on lightening your hair too, just blow dry it and wash it out a few times.

Probably okay to use once or twice a year, but it weakens the enamel. I know someone who was overzealous with the bleaching and developed brittle teeth that chip easily. Costly to repair.

Aaron, I have a “secret” – I wear dentures and I smoke (oh, I guess that is two secrets). What do recommend to whiten my fake teeth?
Save your money and buy hydrogen peroxide. Yep, the stuff you get at Wal Mart for .68 a bottle. Use straigh like mouthwash every day after brushing. I have done this for years and get many complements on my white teeth. Also, it’s very good for your mouth in killing germs!

hey how long does your teeth stay white after bleaching ??
i use invisalign, which are generally the same thing as those bleaching trays, after my treatment was over i got some more permanent ones with bleaching gel and it does work fantastic, what i actually do though is i put the gel on my teeth with my finger, just the front teeth, who’s going to see the back of your teeth anyway,then put them in, you waste less gel this way, wont overflow, and you get better distribution in your teeth.
I don’t know the brand, got them 4 years ago. But go look on overstock. They have quite a few brands that look good.
I’m not sure I would bleach with braces. Talk to your orthodontist first. But I heard the 5 min bleach is pretty good.
My dentist told me that if I use it very few months it is okay. But, I understand the reservation. He also told me that if you only do it every few months it is fine. But I’m not a dentist! Your dad is! Listen to him.
The 35 percent is peroxide. From what my dentist told me, it is safe, but don’t overdue it. Once overly few months is okay.
They send you quite a few tubes of gel with your order. Each tube of gel lasts like 6 bleaching. I got my set 4 years ago and just ran out of bleach. So I just bought more for 25 bucks
