what is a safe, effective over the counter teeth whitening system?
I am looking for something that will not hurt the enamel on my teeth. Any suggestions?
I’m really poor. So I cannot really afford to go to the dentist.

Crest whitening strips are pretty safe. The problem with whitening strips not being safe is over usage. I would discuss this with your Dentist. Give the office a call and see what they would recommend.

You could use the crest white strips but they are not as good as you get in a dentist office plus they donot stay as white as the whitening from the dentist. Plus from the dentist it is safe.
